This application has been designed to work like Ticket Management System for HR tasks, general user queries and IT assets.

It consists of roles such as User, Agent, Manager and Admin along with their respective CRUD operations.

For AI language understanding, LUIS was used.

Utilised MongoDB for implementing fast, scalable and maintainable NoSQL database.

Implemented functionalities like Gift cards, Subscriptions, Time slots, Promocodes.

Used automation(through cron jobs) to give users credits on a timely basis.

Performed video call functionality through socket.IO and openTok.

Cloud application for hospital bill payment

Context:

Many patients can't afford hospital bills, which can affect their treatment.

Solution:

This cloud application would be the link between Micro Finance Companies (MFCs) and the hospitals.

At the time of payment, the bills will be paid by the MFCs and the amount will be created as a loan in the patient's bank account.

Afterwards, the patient has time to pay back the bill as per bank norms.
